- With over 25 years in construction, Coleman brings expertise in both private projects and public works. At In House Group, he has successfully delivered everything from commercial and multi-family builds to high-end residential projects, always with a sharp eye for detail and results.
Coleman now leads the company’s municipal work, including two recently awarded Metropolitan Transit Authority (MTA) projects. By setting up streamlined procedures for bidding, submittals, scheduling, and safety, he ensures every project is handled with precision and efficiency from start to finish.
