Eliana brings international experience and a passion for building strong project foundations. Starting her career in 2008 with a geotechnical firm in Colombia, she later brought her skills to New York City and to In House Group. She has recently developed efficient processes to support our municipal work with the Metropolitan Transit Authority (MTA), improving bids, insurance, submittals, and requisition packages for smoother project delivery. Eliana has also streamlined private client and subcontractor procedures, ensuring project teams can focus on execution in the field. With expertise in OSHA certifications, marketing, Procore administration, and bookkeeping. Eliana believes that clear, standardized adminisrative processes create better results—and ultimately, better service for our clients.
