Eliana brings experience in administration and document control, along with a passion for building strong project foundations. She began her career in 2008 as an Office Administrator in the construction industry with a geotechnical firm in Colombia, her home country. She later brought her expertise to New York City, where she joined In House Group.

Eliana has developed efficient processes that support projects through organization, compliance, financial management, and document control, and she plays a key role in ensuring operational efficiency. She has also streamlined procedures for subcontractor onboarding, enhancing communication across teams. Eliana believes that standardized administrative processes lead to better outcomes—and ultimately, better service for clients.
